T4ME provides the following services (collectively, the “Services”):
- Governmental Transaction Processing: Employee and investor visas, Golden Visa applications, mainland and freezone licensing, approvals, and registrations with government departments.
- Lawyer Attestation: Official lawyer attestations for foreign and domestic documents in collaboration with Nour Attorneys. Services include true copy attestations, witnessing signatures, and contract attestations.
- Private Notary and Translation: Certified translations, notarization of powers of attorney, MOAs, contracts, declarations, wills, and amendments.
We strive to provide Services remotely, efficiently, and reliably, minimizing your intervention while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
For avoidance of doubt, T4ME provides administrative and transaction facilitation services and does not guarantee the outcome, approval, acceptance, issuance, or timelines of any governmental application, visa, licence, attestation, or related request, as these are subject to the discretion and processing of the relevant authorities.
3. ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
By accessing the Website, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

- Processing Time: T4ME will endeavor to provide Services within the estimated timelines; however, we do not guarantee exact processing times due to dependencies on governmental authorities, third parties, or unforeseen circumstances.
- You acknowledge that any delay or rejection arising due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, expired, or non-compliant documents/information provided by the User (including passport validity, visa status, establishment card validity, signature authority, or incorrect translations) shall be the User’s responsibility, and T4ME shall not be liable for the same.
- Where applicable, Users may be required to provide original documents, notarised documents, legalised documents, or additional supporting documents upon request of governmental authorities, and such additional requirements may affect timelines and fees.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T4ME shall not be liable for:
- Any delays, errors, omissions, or interruptions in Services caused by third parties, governmental authorities, or external events beyond our control.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Services.
- Any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User.
T4ME’s total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Services giving rise to the claim.
T4ME shall not be responsible or liable for any governmental penalties, immigration bans, fines, overstays, blacklisting, licence suspensions, or legal consequences arising from the User’s non-compliance, delays in providing required documents, or failure to follow instructions issued by T4ME and/or governmental authorities.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, service fees are exclusive of governmental fees, visa fees, authority charges, typing fees, courier fees, medical test fees, Emirates ID fees, translation legalisation charges, and any third-party costs, which shall be payable by the User.
T4ME reserves the right to revise pricing where additional work is required due to changes in scope, additional requirements imposed by authorities, or incomplete documentation provided by the User.
11. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
T4ME reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website or Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
